At Clarest Health, I led the creation of a design system for their Medication Therapy Management platform, MTMPath, a clinical tool used daily by pharmacists managing patient care. The system replaced what had been a disjointed interface with hundreds of inconsistent colors, conflicting patterns, and no shared design language.
